Spent the weekend up at Ben Lomond with the Tasmanian Field Nats for Easter Camp. It was brilliant. Better than brilliant even. I dragged the whole family up and walking through the alpine tracks, boulder hopping and scorparia dodging. I loved every second of it. So much awesome to fit into one caption.
This is from this morning where Amanda and I did a dash up to Hamiltons Crag to find a special little cushion plant which is only known from that area. I think we found it. We realised neither of us actually knew what it looked like, but I have photos of the suspect! It was worth the mist, gale gusts of winds and freezing temps.
